| The St. Charles County Department of Facilities Maintenance works to protect, safeguard and maintain all County buildings, building systems, grounds and capital investments of St. Charles County taxpayers, through an efficient maintenance work order system, performing routine and preventative maintenance on all building systems and grounds, continually monitoring expenditures, and investing in energy saving equipment with a high return on investment. In addition, the Department continually expands employee training programs, maintains a professional work environment, and ensures professional building aesthetics while providing a safe environment for all employees, patrons and citizens alike. |
